Arcspec’s doors opened in 1994 when Barry Meyer identified a need in the marketplace for manufacturers’ sales representatives who were not only sales driven, but who could also provide technical assistance to architects and contractors. Having worked in construction with various architectural materials, our sales team has broad product expertise and technical “know how”.

Our understanding of the commercial building industry enables us to determine product feasibility, constructability and value for every stage of a project, and to assist with design development. This expertise, coupled with the diversity of our product lines, means we can meet the architect’s design criteria and work within the requirements of any budget.

With an emphasis on specialty products, Arcspec works only with market leaders and innovators who have the highest expectations of their sales agents - demanding product and market knowledge and the ability to provide technical assistance. Our experience covers the spectrum from interior components to the façade of a building. From trims and columns to traditional masonry restoration and contemporary rain screens, we provide specific help with details, including reveals and moldings, interior wall systems, terra cotta surveys, GFRC panelization and rainscreen installations.
